The NABET-CWA Network Negotiating Committee has posted updated documents on www.abc-contract.info – the official website for 2007 negotiations information.

Included in the update are:

ABC's so-called "Comprehensive Final Package Proposal" (in multiple parts dated October 22, 2007).

Current versions of respective "open" proposals (as of October 18, 2007, when the latest round of talks recessed).

A document containing the proposals on which "tentative agreement" was reached between the parties between October 17 and October 18, 2007.

The documents containing these proposals are presented for informational purposes only.  Every effort has been made to insure that the documents are complete and accurate, however, in the event of any conflicts, the paper proposals and records of the Union shall control. In addition, the Bargaining Committee reserves the right to modify, correct, or amend the posted documents and/or any Union proposal at any time.
