Negotiations between NABET-CWA and ABC, Inc. resumed today at 10:30 A.M.

The parties met in pared down committees today to discuss the 'B' Traffic and Communication Agreement and the 'R' New York Publicists Agreement.

In addition to previously submitted Union General Article and wage proposals which would improve conditions for these Units, the NABET-CWA Bargaining Committee presented specific proposals to improve 'B' Contract night shift differential payments, and to update the classification for Traffic Coordinator Supervisors. Proposed improvements to the list of Holidays specified in Section R4.1 of the Publicists Agreement, as well as improvements for Daily Hires working under both the 'B' and 'R' Agreements were also presented by the Union.

Talks are adjourned while the parties caucus for the weekend.  Negotiations will resume at 10:00A.M. Monday, March 12th.

The Union Bargaining Committee reminds all members to ignore rumors. All official negotiation and mobilization information will be delivered on the Sector website at  www.abc-contract.info.
