NABET-CWA/ABC Negotiations Bulletin 31 August 24, 2007 The parties met today in two sessions, separated by a mutually agreed upon midday caucus. During the morning session, Union and Company representatives withdrew various proposals and exchanged a number of counterproposals. The parties reached agreement on; Article A2.6(a) [Maintenance pay for work performed on Sideletter DK equipment], Section A8.2(b) [Production Meal Delays] and Sideletter AJ [Special Severance Allowance]. Issues affecting NABET-CWA-represented Newswriters and Desk Assistants in the "F", "K" and "O" Units are scheduled for discussion when the parties resume bargaining Friday, August 24th  at 10am CDT.
