 BULLETIN 36

September 25, 2007

The NABET-CWA Network Negotiating Committee met via conference call on Monday, September 24, 2007.  The Committee reviewed the current status of both parties' proposals and discussed possible dates and locations for the next round of talks.   Sector President and Union Chief Spokesperson John S. Clark will seek to arrange with the Company a mutually acceptable time and location. NABET-CWA members are invited to attend on the record bargaining sessions as observers.

The current version (as of August 28, 2007 when the latest round of talks recessed) of "open" proposals and a document that contains the additional proposals on which "tentative agreement" was reached between the parties between June 1st and August 28th has now been posted and is available for viewing/downloading on the www.abc-contract.info website.  Click on the appropriate link at the top of the homepage for either the Company Proposals or the Union Proposals.  The documents containing these proposals are presented for informational purposes only.  Every effort has been made to insure that the documents are complete and accurate, however, in the event of any conflicts, the paper proposals and records of the Union shall control. In addition, the Bargaining Committee reserves the right to modify, correct, or amend the posted documents and/or any Union proposal at any time.

The Union Bargaining Committee reminds all members to ignore rumors. All official negotiation and mobilization information will be delivered on the Sector website at www.abc-contract.info. Please also check Local websites, hotlines, and e-mail for additional information.
